Give Monthly Financial Support to the Muzarts' Ministry with Students for Christ-Russia

God provides us all with opportunities to use our blessings directly in the work of restoring people's lives and bringing the hope of Christ to the lost of this world. We invite you to partner with Eric and Jan in their work with Students for Christ-Russia.

    There are two ways to make a commitment of monthly support:

1. You may download the Missionary Commitment Form (a PDF file) which can be completed and then mailed or faxed as directed on the form. "Missionary's Account Number" for the Muzarts is 2926111. ("Donor's Account Number" is for Assembly of God churches and individuals.) Your monthly support can then be made by check.

When downloading a PDF file, instead of left-clicking with your mouse to open it, right-click on the link. Save the PDF file to your computer's hard drive. To view the file, start Adobe’s Free Acrobat Reader software and choose "File," then ''Open," from the menu. Select the PDF file you just saved to your hard drive.

2. You may make automatic monthly contributions with your credit card by using an Authorization Agreement Form (a PDF file). After printing and filling out the form, mail or fax it to the General Council Contributor Services Department, as directed on the form. Your monthly contributions can be made hassle free. Your credit card will automatically be charged the designated amount on the 20th of each month.

Note: When using the automatic monthly contribution option, World Missions additionally requires a Missionary Commitment Form (a PDF file) to be completed for each missionaries' records. The total amount of each missionaries' Commitment Forms must match their budget before they will be allowed to leave for the mission field.
